WARRANTY CONDITIONS FOR MATTRESS DISTRIBUTORS

We are committed to providing high-quality mattress products along with a clear and transparent warranty policy for our distributing agents. To ensure warranty rights for customers and agents, please comply with the following warranty conditions:

Warranty Period

The mattress is warranted for a period of 5 to 10 years from the date of purchase, depending on the specific product line.

  • The warranty period applies to manufacturing defects or material faults from the manufacturer.
  • Warranty Conditions

    The warranty only applies in the following cases:

  • The mattress is depressed by more than 20% compared to its original height due to manufacturing defects.
  • Structural defects such as broken springs, damaged mattress frame, loose seams (manufacturing defects).
  • The product was purchased and distributed through our official distribution system.
  • Cracks, tears, or damage to the mattress not caused by external factors or misuse.
  • Warranty Conditions Not Apply

    The warranty will not apply in the following cases:

  • The mattress is damaged due to misuse, improper care, or use for unintended purposes.
  • The mattress is dirty, waterlogged, moldy, or shows signs of abuse.
  • Damage during transportation or by third parties not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • The product has been altered, repaired, or interfered with without our consent.
  • Warranty Process

    When agents receive a warranty request from customers, please check and provide complete information such as: purchase invoice, images of the defective product, and customer information.

  • After receiving complete information, we will conduct a verification and confirm the warranty defect.
  • The warranty processing time will be from 7 to 15 working days from the date of defect confirmation.
  • The warranty product will be repaired or replaced depending on the extent of the damage.
  • Warranty Costs

    Warranty is free for defects covered under the warranty within the warranty period.

  • Any additional costs incurred beyond the warranty coverage or after the warranty period will be the customer's responsibility.
